Led an independent reliability-improvement initiative for an 11-printer HP Multi Jet Fusion production fleet operating in a high-throughput manufacturing environment.

The project focused on improving production continuity through preventive maintenance strategy development, consumable-life tracking, operational troubleshooting standards, and workflow refinement.

Results included:

• ~66% increase in critical consumable lifespan

• Projected $45k+ annual reduction in failure-related operational cost

• Improved machine uptime and scheduling stability

• Reduced production disruption through redesigned powder-management workflows
