3. Project Scope
Before starting, a clear project scope will be outlined and agreed upon, including deliverables, deadlines, and estimated costs.
Any additional requests outside the original scope will be treated as a new task and may adjust the timeline and pricing.

2. Payment Terms
Payment will be made exclusively through Stripe invoices sent to your email.
An invoice will be sent upon project completion or at agreed milestones for larger projects.
Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Work will commence once the initial deposit (if applicable) is received through Stripe.

Rework Fees: Changes requested after approval of a design or during the final stages of design will incur additional fees.
Minor adjustments (e.g., small tweaks, resizing): $15–$30
Moderate changes (e.g., part redesigns): $30–$50
Major revisions (e.g., multiple parts reworked): $50+
Product Support Add-ons: Optional services like usage guidance, troubleshooting, or post-completion adjustments will be priced separately.

4. Revisions and Approvals
A limited number of revisions are included in the initial quote. Additional revisions or extensive reworks will be charged at the base rate.
Once a draft is approved, no further changes will be made unless additional fees are agreed upon.

6. Turnaround Times
Estimated timelines will be provided upfront. These depend on the complexity of the design and your response time for approvals.

5. Ownership and Usage
The final design will become your property upon full payment.
We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential designs in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

8. Communication
Regular updates will be provided throughout the project. We encourage open communication to ensure the design meets your expectations.

7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing. Fees for completed work up to the cancellation date will be charged.
Deposits are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
